I partner with leaders in small and medium-sized organizations to drive meaningful change. With over 25 years of experience, I focus on authentic leadership, seeing the system and building real connections to achieve results.

Together, we’ll set clear goals, streamline decision-making, and enhance collaboration, leading to productivity boosts of up to 25% and improved team engagement.

I also offer personalized one-on-one coaching, helping leaders connect with their purpose and deepen their skills.

I'm deeply committed to giving back and I serve as Board Chair at LB Research and Education Foundation. As a certified in yoga teacher I bring additional tools to support my clients holistically.
